2017 Spring Summit: Excellence in Rural Nursing Call for Posters!
Submit your Poster Abstract by February 20, 2017
Submit an abstract for a poster about a current clinical, leadership, or evidence-based practice nursing topic. After peer review of abstracts, submitters are notified of acceptance within one week of the submission deadline (2/27/2017).
Posters Presenters are to be available for questions and discussion with participants during posted exhibit/poster session time for the 30 minute morning break.
Prepare your poster to attach to a poster easel. (Will use alligator clips that we will provide to attach posters to the easels. We will provide the alligator clips and the easels) Posters should be no larger than 48 x 36 inches in size to fit the easels.
Poster presenters must register for and attend the conference, including registration fees as on the registration page. (The registration fee for Nursing students is free.)

Submit an abstract less than 200 words that consists of: (copy and paste your abstract into the text box below)
-Description of the project or study.
-Include a statement of the problem and the population addressed
-Discussion of the method(s) used (study method, literature review, model/theory, practice change/improvement)
-Analysis of evidence to support project or summary of results
-Discussion of implications for practice, limitations, and future recommendations.
References (only if any sources cited in abstract)

The Spring Summit is March 29th, 2017 from 8 am to 12:30 pm at the SMSU Campus, 1501 State Street, Marshall, MN, Lower Conference Center
